Company Description We are a growing e-commerce business operating across Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho with multiple GST accounts. We are aggressively scaling operations and looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage daily marketplace activities. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Operations Executive located in Thane. The role involves overseeing daily e-commerce operations, managing online orders, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing, and monitoring inventory levels. The E-commerce Operations Executive will also handle customer inquiries, analyze sales data, and work towards improving overall customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Qualifications • Proficiency in Commerce and a strong understanding of e-commerce operations • Analytical Skills to interpret data and identify trends and areas for improvement • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and resolve problems • Experience in Sales and the ability to support business growth strategies • Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and tools is advantageous • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field is preferred
