Maintain proper documentation and billing records - Ensure compliance with drug control regulations and hospital policies - Monitor and manage pharmacy inventory, expiry, and stock levels - Coordinate with nursing and medical teams regarding medication requirements - Participate in NABH quality standards and audits (if applicable) - Valid State Pharmacy Council Registration - Minimum 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience Good knowledge of drugs, dosages, and hospital formulary - Basic computer knowledge / Hospital Information System (HIS) - Ability to work in rotational shifts Experience in multi-speciality hospital - Exposure to ICU / OT pharmacy -
