Building Product Manager

A Building Product Manager is responsible for managing the lifecycle of construction and building products such as cement, steel, or other building materials. The role involves market research, product development, pricing strategy, sales support, and coordination with sales, marketing, and manufacturing teams to ensure product success in the market. Key Responsibilities • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor products. • Work closely with sales teams, distributors, dealers, and contractors to promote products. • Monitor product performance, sales data, and customer feedback. • Support marketing activities such as product campaigns, product training, and promotional materials. • Maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and dealers. Required Skills • Strong knowledge of building materials or construction products. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Good analytical and strategic planning ability. • Strong market research and product development skills. Qualification Bachelor’s Degree Experience • 3 years experience in building materials, construction products, or product management.
