Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Python Trainer based in Pune. As a Python Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, organizing, and delivering Python training sessions for groups and individuals. Your typical responsibilities include creating curriculum materials, conducting workshops, mentoring learners, and staying updated with industry trends and Python programming advancements to ensure high-quality training. You will also engage with trainees to assess individual learning needs and facilitate hands-on coding exercises to enhance practical knowledge. Qualifications • Proficiency in Python programming, with a strong understanding of core Python concepts and frameworks. • Experience with related tools such as Flask, Django, or Pandas, and their use in application and data analysis. • Strong knowledge of software development life cycle, database management, and version control systems like Git. • Effective teaching, communication, and mentorship skills tailored for diverse audiences with varying levels of programming knowledge. • Ability to design comprehensive training content, create engaging training modules, and conduct practical exercises. • Passion for sharing knowledge and empowering learners through an effective blend of technical and interpersonal skills. • Prior experience in teaching or conducting technical training sessions is highly desirable. • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory, provided there is sufficient relevant experience.
