Social Media Manager (Creative Lead)

This is not a strategy role. This is a Creative Operations + Execution Leadership role. You will be responsible for: • Shipping ad creatives per week • Managing designers, editors, agencies & UGC creators • Integrating Meta performance insights into rapid creative iterations • Ensuring zero campaign delays across sales, launches & festive spikes • Building a structured, high-output creative machine Ideal candidate: ✔ 3–6 years in D2C/performance-heavy brands ✔ Strong Meta ads creative understanding ✔ Experience managing creative teams ✔ Comfortable working directly with founders ✔ Thrives in high-speed environments Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
