MIHAN New Office Campus Launch Video - Here’s a short video to give you an overview of who we are and what we do: Job Overview We are hiring a Lead – Performance Marketing (Google Ads) to drive high-intent lead generation and scalable growth through paid search. This is a hands-on role requiring strong expertise in Google Ads, SEO alignment, conversion optimization, and performance analytics. Key Responsibilities • Own and manage end-to-end Google Ads strategy across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube. • Drive lead generation with focus on CPA, ROAS, conversion volume, and quality score. • Conduct keyword research, bidding strategy, ad copy testing, and budget optimization. • Leverage Google Ads automation, smart bidding, and AI tools for performance improvement. • Drive qualified traffic through paid and organic search collaboration. • Identify growth opportunities via search term analysis and competitor research. • Ensure accurate tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and attribution models. • Prepare performance reports and dashboards with actionable insights. Job Requirements: Required Skills & Experience • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and SEM. • Strong experience in lead generation campaigns. • Working knowledge of SEO (on-page, technical, and content). • Proficiency in GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager. • Experience in landing page and conversion funnel optimization. • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for ad copy and optimization. Preferred Background • Experience in education, services, or lead-driven businesses. • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
