Agriculture Officer

Job description: • Knowledge of Soil, Crop Production and their management, Identification of pest diseases and nutrient of agriculture • Advocating for organic /Natural farming awareness and promoting sustainable agricultural practices & Reviewing the operator file with all documents • Excellent training and communication skills to work effectively with small farmers • Conducting training sessions on applicable organic /Natural farming standards and regulatory requirements. • Preparing certificates & presenting the file to Certification Committee or reviewer. • Provide necessary support to coordinators in handling complaints and follow up actions in case of inspected/audited operators. Having a proactive attitude and effectively discussing project requirements • Preparation of farm management, including crop planning, planting, cultivation, harvesting, pest and disease control, and post-harvest handling for certification. • Preferred candidate profile:- Graduate/Post Graduate in Agriculture Science, Horticulture, Environmental Science, or other related fields in Organic and Natural Farming, Required Experience 1 to 7 Years Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,494.52 - ₹27,352.48 per month Work Location: In person
