Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.

Job Description: Telecaller (Sales and Marketing)
Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Telecaller to join our sales and marketing team and contribute to the growth of our construction firm. The Telecaller will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a customer-centric approach to sales.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from targeted lists to introduce our construction services and identify sales opportunities.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, educate them about our company's offerings, and position our services as solutions to their requirements.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and prioritize them for follow-up by the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update the CRM system with relevant information.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for sales representatives with qualified leads.
- Follow up with prospects via phone calls and emails to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective calling scripts, objection handling techniques, and strategies to optimize lead generation and conversion rates.
