We are looking for a sharp, system-driven HR & Operations Manager to lead our team of 60+ professionals. Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Team Management: Directing a 60+ member workforce across Sourcing, Sales, Accounts, and Import Documentation teams. • Performance Tracking: Implementing KPIs for sales and operations staff to ensure targets are met and exceeded. • Payroll & Biometrics: Managing automated attendance and error-free payroll for a large-scale setup. • Compliance & KYC: Ensuring 100% documentation for all staff, including specialized staff for Customs & Phyto-sanitary (PHO) clearances. • Corporate Culture: Transitioning our Mandi operations into a professional corporate environment with a strict Code of Conduct. • Recruitment: Sourcing high-quality talent for specialized roles in International Procurement and Regional Distribution. Candidate Requirements: • Experience: 4–7 years in HR/Operations (Direct experience in Import-Export Houses, Logistics, or FMCG is mandatory). • Skills: Expertise in MS Excel (Advanced), Tally, and HR Software. Knowledge of labor laws and basic import-export regulations is a plus. • Aptitude: Must be able to handle the high-pressure environment of Azadpur Mandi while maintaining corporate standards. • Leadership: Strong conflict-resolution skills for ground staff and professional communication for office staff.
