Junior Merchandiser

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Merchandiser based in Jaipur. The Junior Merchandiser will assist in managing product displays, inventory management, and liaising with customers to ensure a seamless shopping experience. The role also includes supporting sales activities, maintaining optimal stock levels, and ensuring alignment with marketing initiatives to drive business growth. Qualifications 0-1 year work experience. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Sales, Retail, and Marketing knowledge to support and enhance business operations. Ability to collaborate in a team environment and maintain a positive work ethic. Proficiency in time management and problem-solving to ensure operational efficiency. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
