Nursing Staff / Clinical Assistant – Hair & Skin Clinic

Key Responsibilities 1. Patient Care & Assistance • Assist doctors during hair transplant procedures (FUE/FUT). • Assist in aesthetic procedures such as laser treatments, Botox, PRP, GFC, microneedling, and skin treatments. • Prepare patients before procedures and ensure comfort during treatment. • Provide post-procedure care instructions to patients. 2. Clinical Preparation • Prepare and sterilize OT/procedure room before and after procedures. • Ensure availability of instruments, consumables, and medicines required for procedures. • Maintain proper infection control and hygiene standards. 3. Sample Collection • Perform blood sample collection and handling for required tests. • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and dispatch of samples to diagnostic labs. • Maintain sample collection records. 4. Procedure Support • Assist doctor during hair transplant graft preparation and implantation support. • Prepare PRP kits, centrifuge blood samples, and manage treatment equipment. • Assist in operation of laser machines and aesthetic equipment under doctor supervision. 5. Patient Monitoring • Monitor patient vitals before, during, and after procedures. • Manage patient recovery and observe for any immediate complications. 6. Equipment & Inventory • Maintain and handle medical equipment, lasers, and procedure instruments. • Monitor stock of consumables, medicines, and disposables. • Inform management about stock replenishment needs. 7. Documentation • Maintain patient treatment records and clinical documentation. • Assist in maintaining consent forms and procedure records. 8. Patient Communication • Guide patients regarding pre-procedure preparation and post-treatment care. • Support medical counsellors in explaining basic treatment processes. Required Skills • Good knowledge of sample collection and patient handling • Basic understanding of dermatology and aesthetic procedures • Knowledge of sterilization and infection control • Ability to work in OT/procedure room environment • Good communication and patient-handling skills • Team player with attention to detail Preferred Qualification • GNM / ANM / B.Sc Nursing / Medical Assistant • Experience in dermatology, hair transplant, or aesthetic clinic preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
