E-commerce Executive / Marketplace Account Manager

We are looking for a skilled and result-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our marketplace presence across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Alibaba. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Alibaba account handling, product listing optimization, and Amazon FBA management. Key Responsibilities:· Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Alibaba. · Conduct keyword research based on current market trends. · Improve product ranking using SEO techniques. · Handle product variations, bulk uploads, and inventory updates. · Manage RFQs and buyer inquiries on Alibaba. · Handle Trade Assurance orders and maintain supplier rating. · Develop pricing strategies based on competitor analysis. · Create Amazon FBA shipment plans and manage inventory. · Monitor stranded inventory and handle reimbursement claims. · Track sales performance, KPIs, and manage PPC campaigns. Required Skills:· 1–3 years experience in marketplace handling. · Strong knowledge of Alibaba Seller Center. · Experience in Amazon FBA operations. · Understanding of keyword tools like Helium10 or Jungle Scout. · Basic Excel knowledge for reporting and inventory management. · Good English communication skills.
