IT Engineer

We are seeking a hands-on IT Engineer with strong technical expertise in system administration, networking, and IT support. Job Summary The IT Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including domain servers, Active Directory, network security, and end-user support systems. The role requires a proactive individual capable of handling both software and hardware-related tasks. Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain Domain Controllers and Active Directory (AD Server) • Configure and manage network firewalls and security systems • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems • Provide support for desktops, laptops, and IT peripherals • Install and maintain printers and network printing systems • Monitor and manage CCTV systems and surveillance networks • Handle user account management, permissions, and access control • Perform regular system backups and ensure data security • Troubleshoot network, server, and system-related issues • Maintain IT documentation and system logs Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field • Strong knowledge of: • Domain Server & Active Directory (AD) • Firewall configuration and network security • Hardware & software troubleshooting • Printer installation and support • CCTV system setup and maintenance • Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, routers, switches) • Familiarity with Windows Server environments • Good problem-solving and communication skills Experience • 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred • Freshers with strong practical knowledge may also apply Preferred Skills • Certifications like CCNA, MCSA, or equivalent • Experience with backup solutions and antivirus systems • Knowledge of remote support tools Salary & Benefits • Competitive salary package • Health benefits • Paid leave • Career growth opportunities How to Apply Send your resume to: [Insert Email Address] ASL Enterprise is an equal opportunity employer.
