Job Responsibilities included but not limited to :
• Scoping & Planning
• Support in development of concept notes, SoWs, workflows, and operational strategy documentation for digital and integration initiatives.
• Conduct landscape scans of digital health solutions, DPGs, and interoperability frameworks, while independently managing activity trackers to ensure timely execution.
• Documentation , Program Management Support & Government Coordination
• Lead the preparation of MoMs with clear action tracking, maintain structured documentation systems, and ensure quality and consistency across program outputs.
• Identify strategic opportunities, gaps, and risks through policy scans and health systems assessments, and support alignment of KB’s digital platforms with national/state health portals.
• Support in strategic engagement with State and GoI stakeholders (NHM and other agencies) to strengthen interoperability, sustainability, and institutionalization of KB’s work.
• Support and track ABDM-related activities in coordination with government stakeholders, including preparation of compliance progress summaries for review meetings.
• Seed Data Management & Indicator Mapping & Reporting
• Oversee seed data preparation, cleaning, validation, and maintenance of master datasets (facility, provider, beneficiary), while tracking discrepancies and documenting data control processes.
• Ensure alignment between digital system data and reporting formats by mapping indicators to government and internal frameworks.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based/ Google workspace dashboards and support monthly, quarterly, and review reporting.
• Stakeholder & Cross-Team Coordination
• Coordinate proactively with internal and external stakeholders, manage meetings (agendas, scheduling, action trackers), and ensure cross-team alignment.
• Flag delays and risks to the Program Lead and ensure timely closure of action items.
Compensation Details
The remuneration offered will be competitive with industry standards, ranging from 5.40 - 8.40 LPA, and will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and skill sets
