The Shadow Teacher will work closely with students to support their educational and social development needs. Responsibilities include assisting in lesson delivery, ensuring attention and focus, providing personalized support, and collaborating with teachers and parents to create a conducive learning environment. This role may also involve monitoring and guiding students during classroom and other school activities to ensure a supportive and inclusive academic experience. Qualifications • Proficiency in Teaching and Training methodologies to support student learning • Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with diverse students, parents, and faculty • Experience in Lesson Planning and creating strategies tailored to individual learner needs • Background in Education or a related field • Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to the unique needs of students • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related discipline is preferred
