The Cargo Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily freight and logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient transportation. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients to meet their needs, managing budgets, optimizing processes to improve operational efficiency, and leading customer service efforts. The role will also involve supporting sales teams in improving logistics and freight services to enhance client satisfaction and business outcomes. Qualifications • Strong background in Freight and Logistics Management; ability to oversee transportation operations effectively and ensure timely delivery • Proven skills in Customer Service and Sales, with a focus on client satisfaction and building lasting relationships • Experience in Budgeting and cost management to optimize resource allocation and operational expenses • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in using logistics software and tools is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
