Key Responsibilities and Duties: • Listen and Transcribe: Interpret and transcribe dictation from physicians and other healthcare providers. • Edit and Proofread: Review drafts prepared by speech recognition software for accuracy, ensuring correct spelling, grammar, and medical terminology. • Data Management: Enter reports into Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and manage patient documents. • Quality Control: Identify inconsistencies, errors, or missing information that could affect patient care. • Turnaround Management: Ensure reports are completed and returned promptly to meet compliance and patient care deadlines.
