Front Office Assistant

Ø Greet the patients / visitors at the lobby and having ascertained their purpose of visit guide the patients / visitors, either to the concerned department or ‘Registration’ Desk, for specialist consultation. Ø On completion of registration, handover the patient to the respective Department PRE at the OPD. Ø On completion of Consultation the Dept PRE would accompany the patient to the OP Billing Counter if the patient has been referred for investigation and then handover the patient to the PRE in the Lab/Radiology for investigation as suggested.
