About the internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Be our founding team member in your city visit 3-5 kirana stores daily, pitch our AI-powered WhatsApp grocery ordering service, and onboard store owners onto the platform. You're not just an intern you're building our city operations from scratch in Gorakhpur, Jabalpur, or Bareilly, exactly like how Blinkit and Zepto started in their first neighborhoods 2. Own the on-ground customer experience place marketing materials at stores, help store owners activate their existing customer base, coordinate with delivery boys, and post in local WhatsApp groups. You'll learn hyperlocal growth tactics that no MBA teaches the kind that took Dunzo and Swiggy from zero to thousands of orders 3. Be the eyes and ears of the product monitor live orders, jump in when stores are slow to respond, collect real feedback from shopkeepers and customers, and share daily insights with the founder directly. Your observations will directly shape what we build next. If the pilot succeeds in your city, you'll have the first shot at leading full city operations as we expand across UP, MP, and beyond. About Company: We're building Kirana- a WhatsApp-based service that helps neighborhood kirana stores take grocery orders digitally. Customers send their list via text or voice note, our AI parses it, and the nearest kirana store delivers. No app downloads, no dark stores, no commissions. We're a small, early-stage team working remotely, currently launching our first pilot. We believe India's 12 million kirana stores don't need to be replaced; they need to be upgraded. And WhatsApp is the way to do it.
