Kirloskar Chillers Pvt Ltd,Lucknow Full Time Job Description • Develop understanding of products, customer base, product key highlights and USPs / promotion points. • Market analysis; devise marketing strategies for the Company / verticals / segments to be focused upon. • Improve visibility to establish Kirloskar Chillers within the verticals focused upon – HVAC consultants, various Industry sectors, Institutional customers, etc. • Approval of make, vendor registration process. • Promotional activity: Advertising, EDMs, product bulletins, product presentations, product launches, seminars, exhibitions & other events, installation references, and testimonials etc. • MARCOM – designing, creation and updating of creatives, collaterals, promotional brochures, catalogs, website, technical articles, presentations, guide specifications, IOM manuals, newsletters, corporate gifts, calendars, displays, digital marketing & social media. • Database – create structured database for all customer & consultant contacts, maintain & update them regularly. • Build & maintain database for competitors’ product information and create USP’s for our products based on this information. • Establish internal branding & brand building within the organization. • Adherence to CIM in all documents and visual imagery. • Support to Export & overseas distributors for marketing & promotion activities. • Coordination of customer / consultant visits to factory. • Organization & coordination of Sales Meets, AOP Meetings, vendor meets, etc. • Coordination required for conducting Customer Satisfaction Surveys • Maintenance of QMS systems and related documentation. • New products / new market strategies. Qualification : • Minimum qualification preferred is BE/B.Tech (Mech) candidates.
