We are looking for a hands-on Engineer who can:
· Participate in requirement discussions and finalize scope
· Estimate effort, define timelines, and manage sprint planning
· Mentor developers in Flutter, Python, Database and AWS
· Ensure scalable architecture and high-quality releases
· Manage deployments and cloud infrastructure
Must Have:
· Strong Flutter architecture knowledge
· Python backend (FastAPI/Tornado)
· PostgreSQL/MsSQL optimization
· AWS production experience
· Agile delivery management
