Job Description:
• Guest Relations Manager 5 Luxury Resort, Neral and Ratnagiri Maharashtra.
Kish Hospitality Consultant seeks a seasoned Guest Relations Manager to oversee daily operations, drive guest Relations, and lead our client 5 resort in Neral.
Key Responsibilities:
-•Ensure exceptional guest experiences through personalized services.
• Manage guest relations, feedback, and concerns.
• Collaborate with departments (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping) for seamless service.
• Promote resort activities, events, and amenities.
• Analyze guest satisfaction reports and implement improvements.
Qualifications:
-•Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field years of experience in a 5hotel/resort as a Guest Relations Manager/ Duty Manager (Oberoi, Taj, ITC, Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, Marathi/Hindi a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays.
Salary Package - ₹12 -15 LPA
