**FIGMA Designer/UIDesigner** • *About the Role** We’re looking for a Figma Designer who can turn ideas and requirements into clean, intuitive, and visually engaging user experiences. You’ll work closely with our development teams to bring wireframes and user journeys to life. • *What You’ll Do** - Design high-fidelity UI screens, prototypes, and interaction flows in Figma. - Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design-to-code handoff. - Create and maintain design systems and reusable components. - Translate brand and business goals into visually consistent designs. - Conduct basic UX validation - ensuring designs are intuitive and easy to use. - Stay updated with design trends, AI tools, and UX best practices. • *What We’re Looking For** - 2-3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX or Figma Designer. - Robust proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and prototyping. - Understanding of responsive design and modern web/app UI principles. - Ability to interpret briefs, wireframes, and user stories into clean visuals. - Good communication skills and comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams. - A portfolio showcasing your best Figma work (web, app, or dashboard designs). • *Good to Have (Not Mandatory)** - Experience with tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, or After Effects. - Understanding of Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS). - Exposure to AI-assisted design tools or motion design.
