Role Objective To establish, structure, and scale the MSME Loan Department by developing processes, policies, sourcing channels, underwriting framework, compliance systems, and team structure. This is a operational + Business Development Mid level role Key Responsibilities: Source and generate MSME loan business Build DSA / connector / CA network Conduct credit assessment (ITR, GST, bank statements, financials) Coordinate documentation, sanction & disbursement process Achieve monthly disbursement targets Maintain portfolio quality and follow-up on collections Candidate Profile: 3–8 years experience in MSME/SME lending (Bank/NBFC) Strong local market network in Jaipur/Rajasthan Good understanding of MSME credit appraisal Target-driven and business-focused approach 📍 Location: Jaipur 💼 Industry: NBFC 💰 Fixed + attractive performance incentives Interested candidates can DM or share profiles at kliniqhr@gmail.com
