Ltd. 🕒 Experience Required: 6 Months – 2 Years 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site ✨ Department: Creative We are hiring a full-time Video Editor to produce high-volume performance marketing ads for Meta. This role is ideal for someone who can edit quickly, follow instructions precisely, and produce multiple ad creatives daily. If you enjoy fast-paced work and understand short-form advertising styles used in TikTok and Meta ads, this role is for you. Responsibilities • Edit 15–25 ad creatives per week • Create fast-paced performance marketing ads • Add hooks, captions, subtitles, and pattern interrupts • Work with B-roll footage sourced from YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms • Use AI tools (Sora, Kling, etc.) when needed • Follow creative instructions from our Creative Strategist • Deliver same-day edits when required Editing Style You will primarily be editing: • B-roll-based ads • Fast-cut social media ads • Simple direct-response ads • Caption-heavy performance ads • **These are not cinematic edits. Speed, clarity, and performance-focused editing are more important than fancy effects. Required Skills • Experience editing Meta / TikTok-style ads • Strong knowledge of CapCut • Ability to edit quickly and efficiently • Understanding of hooks, captions, and pattern interrupts • Ability to follow clear instructions and meet deadlines Bonus if you have experience with • AI video tools (Sora, Kling, etc.) • Performance marketing creatives
