As an Assistant Manager Project Coordinator and Planner in Mumbai, your role involves overseeing the integration of design documents with the project's construction timeline to ensure timely availability and accurate implementation on site. Your responsibilities include design coordination, planning and scheduling, stakeholder liaison, document control, progress monitoring, risk management, and meeting coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Design Coordination: Review, track, and manage architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for accuracy and compliance. Conduct design review meetings with consultants. - Planning & Scheduling: Create and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project, identifying milestones and material requirements. - Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a liaison between design consultants and project teams. - Document Control: Maintain a registry of all drawings, approvals, and revisions. Prepare project meeting minutes. - Progress Monitoring: Visit the site regularly to compare progress against the schedule. Conduct progress review meetings with contractors. - Risk Management: Identify and address potential project and design-related delays and bottlenecks proactively. - Meeting Coordination: Facilitate technical meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress and design challenges. Qualifications Required: - Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Bachelor of Architecture. - Experience: 5 to 8 years in a similar role. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). - Competencies: Strong understanding of construction methodologies, scheduling, and building codes. - Soft Skills: Excellent coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
