Your responsibilities will also include serving as the central point of contact for contingencies, analyzing data to facilitate decision-making, and coordinating fleet launches with various stakeholders Role responsibilities - Bus Scheduling and Fleet Operations: Manage and modify bus schedules to optimize efficiency. Centrally oversee the operations of the Cityflo fleet. Customer-Facing Decisions: Make direct decisions that impact customers and ensure effective communication. Ensure contant communication and interaction with customer service teams to enhance the overall CX. Contingency Management: Act as the central point of contact to manage contingencies. Coordinate with the operations team and support to address issues promptly. Data Analysis and Decision Facilitation: Fetch and analyze data to derive analytical results. Use data insights to facilitate informed decision-making. Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate fleet launches with multiple stakeholders.
