What’s the job: Marketing Manager What you’ll do on the job: • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to build a strong digital presence, drive demand, and support the end-to-end customer journey from awareness to conversion and retention. • Drive qualified traffic to websites and landing pages through SEO, paid search, paid social, and content marketing, while tracking leads, conversions, and key performance metrics. • Plan, execute, and optimize the company’s presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, etc.) with a strong focus on B2B engagement. • Own and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Quora, Capterra, and other relevant channels to increase brand awareness and conversions. • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing initiatives against defined KPIs and ROI, using dashboards and analytics tools. • Define and continuously improve a long-term SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content optimization. • Plan, create, and execute email marketing and lifecycle campaigns, including newsletters and promotional campaigns, using marketing automation tools where applicable. • Provide creative input for content marketing initiatives, including website updates, blogs, landing pages, and campaign assets. • Collaborate closely with designers, product, and sales teams to improve user experience, messaging, and conversion funnels. • Analyze digital marketing performance using web analytics tools (GA4, SEMrush, etc.) and apply insights to optimize campaigns. • Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, platform updates, AI-driven tools, and best practices, and proactively apply them. You'll meet our requirements: • Proven experience managing SEO/SEM, paid media, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns. • Prior experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role in a B2B software or SaaS product company. • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, performance marketing, and demand generation best practices. • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing platforms, SEO/SEM tools, and B2B paid channels such as Quora and Capterra. • Experience integrating AI-driven solutions into digital marketing workflows to enhance search performance, campaign optimization, content strategy, audience segmentation, and marketing analytics, driving measurable business impact. • Up-to-date knowledge of ad platforms, targeting strategies, and optimization techniques. • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, and experience using analytics tools such as GA4, SEMrush, or similar. • Experience in content creation or content strategy, with the ability to align messaging to business and campaign goals. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
