Contract - Talent Acquisition Specialist (Oracle HCM / European region) (Shivamogga)

Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist Location Remote Offshore Duration 3 Months Shift- Evening Shift Qualifications · 2–4 years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency). · Direct recruiting experience is required. Must have proven ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple job types. · Experience recruiting for IT and/or Sales roles in the European region is strongly preferred. · Experience using applicant tracking systems, ideally OracleHR or other cloud‑based HCM platforms. · Strong sourcing capability, including Recruiter, Boolean search, and proactive outreach techniques. · Ability to flex sourcing approaches based on role needs. · Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships at all organisational levels. · Working knowledge of European labour practices as they relate to recruitment, interviewing, and selection. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required. Spanish or Polish is a strong advantage. · Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed, international workplace with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
