Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bommidi Dharmapuri for an In-House Sales Manager. The In-House Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The individual is expected to monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and ensure the achievement of sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Sales Management, and Team Leadership
• Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Retention
• Experience with Data Analysis, Reporting, and Goal Tracking
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
• Experience with relevant sales software tools and platforms is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in a sales leadership role is strongly preferred
