What Youll Do (Daily) • Call/WhatsApp warm leads (Meta/LinkedIn/Referral/Workshop leads) • Qualify using a simple scorecard:intent, timeline, constituency seriousness, decision power, budget readiness • Create urgency + clarity andbook paid/qualified strategy calls • Confirm payment (if applicable), send reminders, reduce no-shows • Track lead status and follow-ups in a simple sheet/CRM • Coordinate smoothly with closers + report daily numbers What Success Looks Like You consistently bookhigh-quality calls(not just calendar fillers) Your show-up rate stays high with strong confirmation and follow-up Closers love your leads because theyreready to decide, not just exploring Who Should Apply Youll fit if you are: • Comfortable on calls + WhatsApp (Hindi/English mix is a plus) • Good atasking questions, controlling the flow, and getting commitments • Consistent, fast, and organized with follow-up discipline • Prior sales/telecalling/appointment setting experience is preferred (but not mandatory if youre sharp) Not for:people who fear rejection, avoid follow-ups, or want fixed salary with zero accountability.
