CNC Machine Operator (PTL Machine)

Job Description: CNC Machine Operator Position: CNC Machine Operator Company: Kryfs Power Components Ltd. Location: Kherdi, Gujarat Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years Salary - 25k to 35k net Job Summary Kryfs Power Components Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machine Operator with hands-on experience in PTL machines used for electrical steel processing. The candidate should have experience working with CRGO/CRNGO laminations and a good understanding of material grades used in transformer core manufacturing. Key Responsibilities • Operate and monitor CNC PTL (Programmable Transformer Lamination) machines efficiently. • Handle and operate PTL machines such as Toshiba, George, and SDRI. • Perform cutting and processing of CRGO and CRNGO laminations as per production requirements. • Ensure correct material grade selection and handling during production. • Maintain machine parameters and ensure quality standards are met. • Conduct routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting. • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment. • Coordinate with the production and quality team to meet daily production targets. Required Skills & Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC or PTL machines. • Experience with Toshiba / George / SDRI PTL machines is mandatory. • Knowledge of CRGO and CRNGO lamination processing. • Good understanding of electrical steel material grades. • Ability to read production drawings and specifications. • Basic troubleshooting and machine handling skills.
