Senior Frontend Developer (React.js / Next.js / Angular) – BFSI DomainLocation [Location / Remote / Hybrid] Experience 8+ Years Employment Type Full-time Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Frontend Developer with 8+ years of expertise in building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in React.js, Next.js, Angular, JavaScript, modern UI frameworks, and proven delivery experience within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain. This role demands architectural thinking, strong UI/UX sensibilities, and the ability to build enterprise-grade financial applications with a focus on security, performance, and compliance. Key Responsibilities · Design and develop secure, scalable frontend applications for BFSI platforms · Build responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js, Next.js, and Angular · Architect reusable, modular, and maintainable frontend components · Translate UI/UX wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces · Ensure compliance with BFSI regulatory, security, and accessibility standards · Optimize applications for scalability, performance, and cross-browser compatibility · Integrate secure APIs and financial data services · Lead frontend architecture discussions and technical strategy · Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers · Collaborate effectively with product, compliance, backend, and DevOps teams Technical Expertise · 8+ years of frontend development experience · Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) · Advanced experience in React.js, Next.js (SSR, SSG), and Angular · Strong expertise in Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap · Experience with TypeScript (preferred) · Understanding of state management libraries · Familiarity with Webpack, Vite, Babel · Version control using Git · Exposure to CI/CD pipelines Mandatory Domain Experience – BFSI · Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance projects · Experience with digital banking platforms, lending systems, insurance portals, or wealth management applications · Strong understanding of financial data security best practices · Knowledge of Role-based access control (RBAC) · Understanding of data privacy & regulatory compliance standards · Experience integrating secure payment gateways or financial APIs (preferred) Communication & Client Exposure · Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory) · Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders · Experience working in cross-functional and global teams · Strong documentation and presentation skills · Experience working with Caribbean clients or financial institutions in the Caribbean region is preferred UI/UX & Design Strength · Strong aesthetic sense with experience building modern financial dashboards · Experience implementing enterprise-grade design systems · Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) · Experience working with Figma / Adobe XD · Ability to design clean, intuitive, and data-rich user interfaces Nice to Have · Experience with micro-frontend architecture · Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) · Experience in SaaS-based fintech platforms · Knowledge of SEO best practices Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Benefits: • Health insurance • Provident Fund Work Location: Remote
