At Kuku TV, we’re building the future of short-format OTT entertainment and microdramas, and we’re looking for a Promo Writer (Hindi) who knows how to turn emotions into scroll-stopping, binge-worthy scripts. If you understand viral storytelling, audience psychology, and high-retention content, this role is your stage. What You’ll Do : • Write high-impact Hindi promo scripts for microdramas, OTT shows, and digital campaigns • Craft emotion-driven hooks that grab attention instantly and boost viewer retention • Analyze top-performing OTT promos & viral content trends to replicate success patterns • Collaborate with creative teams, editors, and marketing to deliver compelling narratives • Adapt tone, pacing, and storytelling formats for short-form video platforms • Stay ahead of digital trends, viral hooks, and audience engagement strategies in India What We’re Looking For : • 3–4 years of experience in Hindi content writing / scriptwriting / promo writing • Background in OTT platforms, web series, films, or microdrama storytelling • Strong understanding of story arcs, emotional triggers, and dramatic tension • Exceptional command of written Hindi (creative, punchy, impactful) • Ability to create short-form, high-retention, binge-worthy content • Self-driven, fast thinker who thrives in a high-speed content environment About Kuku FM : Founded in 2018, Kuku is one of India’s fastest-growing digital storytelling platforms, delivering content across audio stories, short courses, and microdramas.
