Restaurant Team Member (India)

Team Member- Kulcha Patola- Panipat Roles & Responsibilities – Team Member (QSR) - Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately at counter or drive-thru. - Prepare and assemble food items as per brand SOPs and quality standards. - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining area, kitchen, and service counters. - Follow food safety, personal hygiene, and FSSAI guidelines at all times. - Manage order packaging and ensure timely service delivery. - Refill stock items, condiments, and monitor inventory levels during shift. - Handle basic customer queries and escalate complaints to Shift Manager when required. - Support team members during peak hours to maintain service speed (TAT). - Adhere to shift schedules, grooming standards, and company policies. Qualification and Experience: - Minimum 12th Standard completed from a recognized board. - No prior experience is required. - Good verbal communication skills. - Adaptable to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
