As the Website and Landing Page Manager, your role is crucial in owning the end-to-end execution of the company website and all marketing landing pages. Your responsibilities include: - Being the single point owner for website updates, page creation, content publishing, and technical coordination with developers or vendors (if required). - Driving organic growth by managing site updates, blog publishing, on-page and technical SEO, and SEO-ready campaign pages. - Continuously improving the website structure, navigation, content flow, and user experience. - Creating, publishing, and managing marketing pages, campaign landing pages, service/product pages, blog posts, and resource pages. - Coordinating with content and communication teams to publish SEO-optimised blogs and website content on time. - Implementing on-page SEO best practices including keyword placement, headings structure, internal linking, image optimisation, URL structure, and meta titles and descriptions. - Conducting regular keyword research to identify content opportunities, new landing page ideas, and blog topics aligned with search intent. - Maintaining and optimising existing pages to improve rankings, engagement, and conversions. - Managing basic technical SEO tasks such as site speed coordination and improvements, indexing and crawl issues, broken links and redirects, sitemap and robots file coordination, and Core Web Vitals monitoring. - Ensuring tracking and analytics setup on all key pages for GA, GSC, events, forms, and conversions. - Supporting performance and campaign teams by creating conversion-focused landing pages, A/B test ready page versions, and campaign-specific SEO structures. - Regularly auditing website health and SEO performance and sharing actionable recommendations. - Monitoring organic performance including traffic growth, keyword rankings, landing page performance, engagement, and conversion metrics. - Maintaining a structured website and SEO execution roadmap aligned with quarterly marketing goals. - Ensuring brand consistency, content accuracy, and compliance across all website assets. - Maintaining documentation for page templates, SEO checklists, publishing processes, and tracking standards. - Actively collaborating with the content team for SEO-aligned content, design team for landing page layouts, and marketing and sales teams for campaign and funnel requirements. • *Tools Required:** - Google Search Console - Google Analytics (GA4) - Ahrefs / SEMrush / Ubersuggest - Screaming Frog SEO Spider - CMS tools (WordPress / Webflow or similar) - Google Tag Manager - Page speed tools (PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix) • *Skills Required:** - Strong hands-on website and CMS execution skills - Solid understanding of on-page and basic technical SEO - Keyword research and search intent mapping - Landing page optimisation and conversion-focused layout understanding - Ability to coordinate with developers, designers, and content teams - Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset - High ownership, execution discipline, and attention to detail As the Website and Landing Page Manager, your role is crucial in owning the end-to-end execution of the company website and all marketing landing pages.
