This role involves managing all aspects of our Amazon business, from product listings and inventory management to advertising campaigns and customer service. The Amazon Manager collaborates closely with the marketing, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure seamless execution and optimal performance. This role directly impacts our revenue growth, brand visibility, and customer satisfaction on a key sales channel. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive Amazon strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth. - Manage product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing for maximum visibility and conversion. - Optimize product listings for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve organic rankings and drive traffic. - Plan and execute Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) to increase product visibility and drive sales. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, advertising spend, and customer reviews to identify areas for improvement. - Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize storage costs. - Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction. - Stay up-to-date with Amazon's policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize opportunities. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and product launches on Amazon. - Analyze competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Required Skillset: - Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful Amazon strategies that drive sales and profitability. - Proven expertise in managing product listings, optimizing for SEO, and running effective advertising campaigns on Amazon. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Deep understanding of Amazon's policies, guidelines, and best practices. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 2-5 years of experience in managing Amazon seller accounts, preferably in a D2C environment.
