E-commerce Operations Executive (D2C Fashion | Hybrid – Thane) ₹22,000 - ₹25,000 per month | Full-Time | 6 Days Working Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane Only Work Mode: 4 Days Remote + 2 Days In-Office (Thane) About the Role: Label Aishwaryrika is a premium handcrafted Chikankari designer label operating across D2C and curated marketplaces. We are looking for a process-driven E-commerce Operations Executive who can independently own Shopify backend, order fulfilment, inventory accuracy, and marketplace coordination ~ without daily supervision. This is a hands-on execution role. If you are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable sibility for operational accuracy, this position is for you. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end order processing across the website and WhatsApp with zero delay or errors • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring accurate timelines and proactive communication until delivery • Coordinate closely with production to track timelines and prevent dispatch bottlenecks • Maintain real-time SKU-level inventory accuracy and reconcile website stock with physical stock • Independently manage Shopify backend, including product uploads, pricing updates, collections, stock adjustments, and campaign changes • Handle returns, RTO cases, courier claims, and marketplace dispute resolution (Nykaa, TC, etc.) with structured documentation • Ensure operational readiness before launches, drops, and flash sales, including stock and dispatch preparedness • Track marketplace settlements and COD remittances, reconcile order vs payment reports, and coordinate with accounts for discrepancies • Maintain disciplined MIS reporting covering orders, returns, inventory, and reconciliation Required Experience: • 2-4 years in E-commerce Operations (Fashion / D2C preferred) • Strong hands-on Shopify backend experience (Mandatory) • Experience with courier/logistics platforms (Shiprocket, Delhivery, etc.) • Good Excel / Google Sheets proficiency • Experience managing marketplaces preferred Non-Negotiable: • Based in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane only • Comfortable reporting to the Thane office twice a week • 6-day working week • Own laptop required • Individual contributor role • High accuracy and documentation discipline Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: • Work from home Application Question(s): • 1.
