Alternative Investments Analyst Investor Onboarding & Servicing

As an experienced professional with a strong hands-on exposure to Alternative Investments, specifically Private Equity and Hedge Funds, you will be responsible for Investor Onboarding and Investor Servicing operations. Your role will require solid domain knowledge in alternative investment operations and working-level Business Analyst skills to support process documentation, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Handle Investor Onboarding & Investor Servicing activities including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and investor lifecycle events - Support Alternative Investment products such as Private Equity and Hedge Funds - Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, Technology, Legal, and Fund Administration teams - Ensure compliance with AML / KYC / Regulatory requirements during onboarding and ongoing investor maintenance - Support business requirement gathering and documentation (BRD / FRD) working knowledge is sufficient - Analyze operational data and prepare MIS / management reports - Identify process gaps and support operational improvements and automation initiatives - Assist in proposal evaluations and new business initiatives related to alternative investments - Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices Qualifications Required: - Mandatory Skills (Must Have): - Alternative Investments - Private Equity - Hedge Funds - Investor Onboarding - Investor Servicing - AML / KYC / Compliance processes - Buy-Side / Asset Management Operations - Good to Have Skills: - Working knowledge of Business Analysis - BRD / FRD / Process Documentation - Stakeholder Coordination - Data Analysis & Reporting As an experienced professional with a strong hands-on exposure to Alternative Investments, specifically Private Equity and Hedge Funds, you will be responsible for Investor Onboarding and Investor Servicing operations.
