Job Role / KRA’s v To support the State Legal team in achieving its targets by using effective legal tools. v To Ensure liaison with police and other statutory authorities in executing warrants and court orders. v Has to co-ordinate with panel advocates in delivering results on time. v Should have good knowledge and work experience in Arbitration, DRT and SARFAESI Proceedings. v To work closely with Legal team across locations in controlling the NPA’s . v To adhere to VFIPL’s processes and procedures. v To focus on loss and TWO recovery v Prepare MIS reports on litigation status, recovery ratios, aging analysis, and cost optimization. v Present recovery performance to senior leadership.
