Job Title: Tele Caller Organization: Lakhotia College of Design Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary Lakhotia College of Design is looking for a confident and result-oriented Tele Caller Executive to connect with prospective students, explain our courses, generate admissions leads, and convert inquiries into enrollments. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a passion for guiding students toward creative careers. Key Responsibilities • Call prospective students from inquiry database (website, walk-ins, campaigns, events). • Explain courses, curriculum structure, duration, fees, and career opportunities clearly. • Follow up with leads consistently through calls and WhatsApp. • Schedule campus visits and counselling appointments. • Maintain daily call records and lead status updates. • Coordinate with the admissions and counselling team. • Handle incoming calls and admission-related queries professionally. • Achieve monthly admission targets. • Build positive rapport with students and parents. Daily Work Flow • 80–120 calls per day (fresh + follow-ups) • Update CRM / Google Sheets daily • Report daily lead status to Admissions Head • Maintain conversion tracking Eligibility Criteria • Minimum qualification: Any Graduate (preferred) • Experience: 1–3 years in telecalling / admissions / sales (education sector preferred) • Freshers with strong communication skills may apply Required Skills • Strong verbal communication (English + Hindi / Telugu preferred) • Persuasive and confident personality • Target-oriented mindset • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM handling) • Good listening and convincing skills • Professional phone etiquette Performance Expectations • Lead conversion ratio improvement • Follow-up discipline • Accurate data entry and reporting • Admission closure performance Salary & Incentives • Fixed salary + Performance-based incentives • Growth opportunities within Admissions Department Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Experience: • Telemarketing: 2 years (Preferred) Language: • Telugu (Preferred) Work Location: In person
