Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Akola for a Human Resources Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment processes, onboarding, employee relations, and implementing HR policies. The role also involves coordinating training programs, managing compliance with labor laws, maintaining records, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for aligning HR practices with business needs and supporting overall organizational growth. Qualifications • Strong expertise in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Workforce Planning • Proficiency in Training Coordination, Performance Management, and Employee Development • Knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance Standards, and HR Policy Implementation • Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving skills • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal Skills, and Leadership abilities • Experience with HR software and data management tools • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification is a plus. • Previous experience in human resource management, preferably at a managerial level
