Key Responsibilities:
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls.
• Learn and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our courses and services.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with potential customers.
• Provide detailed explanations of offerings in simple, non-technical terms.
• Conduct diligent follow-ups to nurture and convert leads into enrollments.
• Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and customer interactions using CRM tools (preferably LeadSquared).
• Actively contribute to achieving overall monthly and annual sales goals.
• Support and participate in sales campaigns, webinars, and promotional activities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Graduate/Diploma/Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, pre-sales, or business development (ed-tech preferred).
• Familiarity with Spoken German courses or a basic understanding of the German language category is an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills – fluency in Hindi is essential; good command of English is required.
• Experience using CRM tools such as LeadSquared is preferred.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented with a customer-first attitude.
