Product Manager AI Spiritual Tech

As an AI Product Manager at a fast-growing team in India, you will have the opportunity to own end-to-end AI-driven products blending cutting-edge technology with spiritual well-being experiences. Your role will involve defining the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for AI-powered spiritual tech solutions. Partnering with various teams, you will ensure responsible, ethical AI delivery at scale and shape a new product category while advancing expertise in AI/ML lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities: - Define product strategy & vision, including roadmap, success metrics, and go-to-market plan for AI/ML-enabled spiritual tech offerings. - Lead end-to-end product development, prioritize features, oversee MVP definition, iteration, and scale-up. - Own the AI/ML lifecycle, partner with data-science teams on problem framing, model selection, deployment, versioning, and continuous retraining. - Engage with stakeholders and customers, synthesize feedback to guide product decisions. - Implement responsible AI practices, collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to meet regulatory requirements. - Measure outcomes, establish KPIs, and iterate based on data-driven insights. - Influence cross-functional teams, championing a customer-centric and data-driven culture. Required Skills & Qualifications: Product & Business - 3+ years of product management experience, preferably with data, AI, or platform products. - Strong prioritization and stakeholder management skills. AI/ML Knowledge - Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, hands-on experience with NLP, computer vision, or recommender systems. - Familiarity with model evaluation, bias, drift, and explainability. Technical & Analytical - Experience with data pipelines, feature stores, model deployment workflows, cloud platforms, and AI/ML services. - Strong analytical mindset, KPI-driven approach. Communication & Leadership - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to translate complex AI concepts for non-technical audiences. - Demonstrated influence without formal authority. Education - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related field. - MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience building AI products related to wellness, mindfulness, or spiritual services. - Prior work in a startup or high-growth environment with rapid iteration cycles. - Certifications in AI/ML, knowledge of ethical AI frameworks, familiarity with low-code/no-code AI platforms.
