The Legal Associate will support Senior Associates in a wide range of Real Estate ( RERA Matters), Legal Audit/ Due Diligence, Corporate Advisory ( Mergers & Acquisition) & Banking matters, including transactions, property, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate title opinion/s and purchase agreements. Conduct legal research on property laws, zoning regulations, and land use issues. Support due diligence efforts for real estate transactions, including title reviews and assessments. Prepare legal documents such as deeds, closing documents/ agreements.
