Web Developer & Designer (Webflow, Wordpress, Shopify)

Job Description We are hiring a dedicated Web Developer & Designer with a proven track record across leading no-code/CMS platforms and deep foundational coding expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end development, deployment, and maintenance of client websites, ensuring adherence to modern design, performance, and user experience standards. We seek an experienced and highly technical developer to join our team on a Full-Time, Work From Home. Responsibilities: • Platform Development: Lead development efforts on key platforms, primarily Webflow, WordPress (with WooCommerce), and Shopify. • Design Conversion: Accurately convert professional design files in Figma (or similar tools) into pixel-perfect, fully responsive, and accessible live websites. • Code Implementation: Write and maintain clean, semantic, and efficient custom code using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to extend platform capabilities and create unique interactions. • UI/UX Implementation: Apply deep knowledge of UI/UX principles to ensure all developed sites are intuitive, engaging, and optimized for conversion and user satisfaction. • E-commerce Solutions: Implement and configure advanced e-commerce functionality, including payment gateways, third-party app integrations, and custom product displays on Shopify and WooCommerce. • Performance & QA: Conduct thorough quality assurance testing across devices and browsers, focusing on site speed, SEO readiness, and general performance optimization. • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Project Managers and clients to meet project deadlines and technical specifications. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in front-end web development and designing. • Expert-level proficiency in Webflow (Designer, CMS, Interactions, Custom Code). • Advanced experience with both WordPress and Shopify development environments (theme customization, Liquid/PHP knowledge highly desirable). • Mastery of core web technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Proven ability to translate complex designs from Figma into functional code/sites. • Strong portfolio showcasing successful, professional projects across the required platforms. • Deep understanding of modern UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
