The Role Overview
Lead Center Media is looking for a proactive Recruitment & Talent Coordinator to act as the engine of our hiring process. You will support both our internal agency growth and our clients’ recruitment teams based in Australia. This is a hybrid role requiring high-level administrative precision, confident phone communication, and creative marketing skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Candidate Management: Sourcing top-tier talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche job boards.
• CRM & Documentation: Guiding applicants through our CRM pipeline, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and verified.
• Outreach: Making outbound calls to applicants to screen for basic fit and move them through the hiring funnel.
• Employer Branding: Creating visually engaging job posts using Canva to attract talent on social media.
• Ad-Hoc Support: Assisting the Lead Center Media team in drafting compelling JDs and streamlining the interview process.
What We’re Looking For
• The Communicator: You are confident on the phone and can represent our brand (and our clients) with high professionalism.
• The Curator: You have an eye for design and can use Canva to make a job post look premium.
• The Hunter: You know how to use Boolean search and LinkedIn filters to find "passive" candidates.
• The Organizer: You don't let candidates get lost in the system; your CRM hygiene is perfect.
Requirements
• 1–2 years experience in Recruitment, HR, or an Agency Support role.
• Proficiency in Canva and CRM systems and ERP Systems.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 32.0 per week
