Company Description DAV School,Motihari,Bihar Role Description This is a full-time 2-3 months contractual on-site role of Marketing Specialist for the Junior School division, located in Motihari,Bihar. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and coordinating marketing and sales activities, executing promotional campaigns, and conducting market research. The role also includes developing engaging content, collaborating with team members to drive the implementation of marketing strategies, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and clients. Qualifications • Minimum 5 yrs experience in similar role with reputed school brands in Delhi-NCR • Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, interpret data, and generate actionable insights • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for building rapport with stakeholders and clear content presentation • Creativity Skills to develop captivating marketing campaigns and innovative strategies • Fundamental knowledge in Marketing and Sales practices, including campaign management and client acquisition • Proven ability to work collaboratively and take initiative in achieving marketing goals • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred • Proficiency in marketing tools and software is an added advantage • Must be willing to relocate during the contract period
