Fashion Designer - Women Kurtis Ethnic Wear Job Role Summary RK Fashion is looking for a creative and practical Fashion Designer who understands the women kurti market current trends and commercial design requirements The role focuses on designing market-ready kurtis suitable for Pan India wholesale and retail demand Key Responsibilities Design women kurtis as per current market trends and buyer demand Develop new styles silhouettes color combinations and prints Research fashion trends fabrics embroidery and patterns Coordinate with merchandising sampling and production teams Prepare design sketches tech packs and sample briefs Select fabrics trims prints and embellishments within cost limits Ensure designs are commercial scalable and production-friendly Modify designs based on sales feedback and buyer response Maintain seasonal design catalog and sample records Required Skills Knowledge Strong knowledge of ethnic wear women kurtis Understanding of fabrics dyeing printing and embroidery techniques Ability to design according to target price and margin Creativity with a practical market-oriented approach Basic knowledge of MS Excel and design documentation Software Skills Preferred CorelDRAW Adobe Illustrator Photoshop Hand sketching knowledge is a plus Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in kurti ethnic wear manufacturing unit Understanding of Pan India market taste Ability to work under timelines and collections deadlines Solid coordination and communication skills Male Female candidates both can apply Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 10 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
