Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager who will be responsible for handling client social media accounts, coordinating with internal design and content teams, and ensuring smooth execution of monthly marketing calendars. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Coordination:
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client requirements, brand guidelines, and campaign goals.
• Conduct regular meetings/calls with clients for updates and approvals.
• Handle client feedback and ensure timely implementation.
Monthly Content Calendar Planning:
• Prepare and present monthly social media calendars.
• Plan posts based on festivals, real estate campaigns, offers, and trends.
• Ensure the calendar is approved by clients before execution.
• Track posting schedule and ensure timely publishing.
Coordination with Designers:
• Brief graphic designers with proper content and design references.
• Ensure creatives align with brand identity.
• Follow up with the design team for deadlines.
• Review creatives before sending to clients.
Content Creation:
• Write engaging captions and social media copy.
• Create content ideas, including reels, carousels, and promotional posts.
• Plan engagement strategies (polls, contests, stories).
• Optimize content with relevant hashtags and keywords.
Performance Monitoring:
• Track insights and engagement metrics.
• Prepare monthly performance reports.
• Suggest improvements based on analytics.
